the bed was not comfortable (could feel bed springs) you could smell smoke coming in from the vents. the door to the balcony would not close (could feel draft) dim lighting in the hotel lobby, stairwells, and room

I have stayed ther 8 night and i enjoy my staying there and i will chose it again if i came back to pittsburgh i like its location ,price and friendly staff

Panera bread company connected.

Its in a good location for steelers games (my main reason for going), great bakery below good for breakfasts/lunch. Free tea and coffee in lobby and internet. Comfy beds, good shower, plenty of room and storage in room. Clean room if a little dated.tv, fridge and microwave came in handy.basic, pretty good value but nothing to do in surrounding area.

No telephone in room. Heating in room very dry and hot. Basic

Room was large and clean. If your visit to Pittsburgh is in any way related to universities, then the hotel has perfect location. Who likes to walk, everything is in walking distance. For the others, hotel provides free minivan transposrtation. Reception staff is friendly, espacially a senior lady (still young in mind).

I have no negative comments.

The price is better than the other options around this district. Provides you all that you need, but nothing more than that.

Room was clean and quite large, but hotel facilities are spartan. Large and cheerful cafe of the Panera chain shares the building with the hotel. The hotel offers a van whose driver willingly drove me to my destinations in Oakland -- compensating for the fact that nothing is in the immediately vicinity of the hotel (except the convenient cafe Panera). After one or two trips on the van, I learned the route to walk to central Oakland destinations (a 25 minute walk from the hotel to the universities, museums, concert hall, hospitals that drew me to stay at this hotel. Very good value for price.

The location is on a very busy traffic corridor with nothing in the immediate vicinity other than the Panera cafe that shares the ground floor of the building. The 25 minute walk into the main Oakland destinations was long , but okay if one is in good shape and asks directions in advance.

Very nice location. Everything was very assesable.

Very good value. Very good staff. Hotel needs some work for its pohysical plant There is a very noisy fan from the restaurant in the building that is located in the back of the hotel and it is is extremely noisy.It should be removed.

The location is adequate. You will need a car. The hotel offers some type of local shuttle but I never saw the bus. Hotel could use some additional capital. It was a dark hotel. Old TV's. Expected flat screen TV's by now. Service was excellent. Looks like the landlord can improve upon the space.

Location was just outside city centre, staff were very helpful with our problem and deadly with this very satisfactorily. Would definitely stay again, but in a different room and floor.

We were given a room on first floor, right next to the hotels air conditioning units which were drumming away all night which meant we couldn't sleep. When we complained there was unfortunately no other rooms available. The Duty Manager was more than helpful though and compensated us immediately.
